She was predeceased by: her mother Vera Ruth Levi (Crawford). She is survived by: her daughter Stacey Boekeloo (Epling); her granddaughter Amelia Boekeloo; her father Arlington Levi Sr.; her brothers, Arlington Levi Jr. [Cindy Levi] and Leslie Levi; her husband Roger Frey; and her sister Holly Hedden (Levi). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
