He is survived by: his siblings, Pam Craparotta of Connecticut, Emily McCarthy of New York and Jim Bush of Florida; his children, Eric Bush (Amy) of St. Marys, GA, Michael Bush (Katie) of Peachtree Corners, GA and Andrea Sedlacek (David) of Collierville, TN.; his grandchildren, Daniel Bush (Mary Eannarino), Lewis Bush, Garrett Bush (Lindsey), Samuel Sedlacek, Patrick Bush (Megan), Emma Sedlacek, Alice Sedlacek Curtin (Collin) and Parker Bush; his great grandchild Frances Bush; and his stepchildren, Sheri Callister (Tracy), Pam Cole (Stan) and Darren Gibson (Angela).
