She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucie Pearl Carrington and Thaddeus Allen Wastler. She is survived by: her husband David Howard Lowe; her daughters, Lisa Lowe and Amy Lowe; her grandchildren, Caitlin Bird and Mathew Bird; her nephews, Allen Wastler and Michael Wastler; and her niece LaRetta Franz.
