He was predeceased by: his wife Ruby Parker Huggins; his parents, Sam Huggins and Grace Huggins; his son Luther Clifton "Peanut" Huggins, Jr.; and his siblings, Jerrold Huggins, Gwen Watford, Marilyon Knight, Judy Gibson, Eleece Gibson and Kieann Vardeman.
He is survived by: his sisters, Lucretia Dunning, Marsell Parker and Janice Nelson; and his best buddies, Steve and Tucker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
