He is survived by: his wife Rosa Siverio; his children, Maria Ileana and Manuel Jr.; his grandchildren, Levy, Nolan and Diana; and his great grandchildren, Alden and Talia.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Arlington National Cemetery. A memorial service was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the University Parkway Seventh-Day Adventist Church (8751 University Pkwy, Pensacola, FL 32514).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Pensacola.
