She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Tittle and Pauline Tittle; her husband Keith E. Lowe; her son James Willcox (Dawn); and her brother-in-law Joseph Ingram.
She is survived by: her daughter Heidi Dunford (Christopher); her grandchildren, Daniel (Regina), Emelia, Eliza, Ezekial, David and Emarin; and her sister Millie Ingram. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Campus Church (250 Brent Ln, Pensacola, FL 32503). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at 1 Cemetery Rd, Pensacola, FL 32508.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Essential Needs Fund at Pensacola Christian College.
