She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clemmie Booker, Sr. and Emma Naomia Booker (Robinson); her daughter Carol Denise Kelly; her brothers, Lyol Harold Booker and John Clemmie Booker, Jr.; her nephew John Douglas Booker; and her former husband Mack L. Kelly.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Kelly Kotick, Nancy Morgan (Tom) and Susan Kelly; her grandchildren, Jacob, Caleb, Hannah Kotick, Kristi, Mack Dallen and Sean Morgan; her great grandchild Cricket Dallen; her siblings, Frances Booker Wilkinson (George) and James "Ronnie" Booker (Kathy); her nieces and nephews, Dana Booker Winans (Todd), Shawn Booker (Angela), Aaron Wilkinson (Susan), Ashley Wilkinson Meyer (Chris) and Jimmy Booker; and her friend Krys Eldreth. She is also survived by her family, friends, and grandchildren.
