He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Dockham; and his mother-in-law Judy Maglione. He is survived by: his wife Liz; his sons, Jalen and Jake; his mother Stephanie Dockham; his brother Travis Dockham; his parents-in-law, Phil Maglione and Lindsey Duval; and his close friend Ryan Lackey. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law.
