He was predeceased by: his parents, Deon Mann and Doris Marie McCall Mann; and his brothers, O'Neal Mann and Lowell Mann. He is survived by: his wife Camille Mann of Pensacola; his children, Jonathan Gregorius, Harley Mann of Pensacola and Alexandra Jimenez of Pensacola; and his brother Wayland Mann (Denise) of Pensacola.
