She was predeceased by: her father Lewis Edwin Thorn. She is survived by: her husband Bill Burnett; her children, Susan Durham (Matt) and Mike Burnett (Melanie); her grandchildren, Lauren Durham, Brooke Durham, Hayden Burnett, Haley Burnett, Bryant Burnett, Rhett Burnett and Magnolia Grace Burnett; her mother Twinette Thorn; and her siblings, Melinda Allen, Wynona Geoghagan, Pam Breedlove (Wayne) and Lewis Thorn Jr. (Lori).
