He is survived by: his wife Karen Bivins; his sister Angela Codgill (Jeff); his friends, Brian Smith, Ray, Janice Williams, Sandy Olsen and Rena Carnley; and his cousins, Nora and Vinson Sherbert. He is also survived by his family and friends.
