She was predeceased by: her husband Benjamin; her daughter Viola; and her niece Gretchen. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Chas Polk Jr., Stacy Coleman (Danny), Stephanie Morris, Karen Privett (Jason) and Cynthia Fallowfield; her sister Betty Wade; and her niece Lora Tobias. She is also survived by seven great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (5673 N 9th Ave, Pensacola, FL 32504). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
