She is survived by: her children, Kathy Goodwin and Rex Blackburn; her grandsons, Jonathon (Chris), Matthew (Candice), Marc (Kaitlin) and Andy Goodwin; her great grandchildren, Alexis, Addison, Raeleigh, Brooks, Bryce and Deacon; her brothers, Alton Boyd and Frank Boyd; and her close friend Susan Hagan.
