She is survived by: her husband James Dyehouse (Jim); her children, David James Dyehouse of Plano, TX and Sara Kay Dyehouse of Pensacola, FL.; her granddaughter Samantha; her great grandchild Amory; her brother Ossie; and her sister-in-law Charlotte.
Though she found OR nursing stressful, she loved the challenge and was proud of her contributions to health care and the patients in her care.
