He is survived by: his wife Kathy Mitchell-Pagan; his children, Abby Pagan (Haldane), Brett Pagan, Richard Mitchell, Courtney Mitchell, Emily Mitchell (Peck), Micah Pagan and Jase Pagan; and his grandchildren, Sinead Haldane, Beau Haldane, Nylah Peck and Colter Peck. He is also survived by 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
