He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Warren and Margaret "Ann" Penseyres Green; and his siblings, George Warren and Margaret "Jeanne" Flamand Jorgensen. He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Warren; his children, J. Phillip Warren and Kristen M. Warren; and his siblings, Paula Waller, Billy Warren and David Flamand.
