He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Herrick and Arlene Slayter; and his sister Sherry Warner. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Croucher; his grandson Rexton; and his brothers, Steve Herrick (Keri Herrick), Russell Herrick and Scott Herrick (Jessica Herrick).
