She was predeceased by: her parents, Peyton L. Mitchell and Rhema E. Mitchell; and her brothers, Peyton L. Mitchell, Jr. and John R. Mitchell. She is survived by: her brother Hugh T. Mitchell (Geanie); her sister-in-law Julia B. Mitchell of Hazard; her husband Bill Gorman, Jr. of Pensacola; her daughters, Casey G. Guerrero (Mario) of Pensacola and Haley G. Clark (James) of Lexington, Kentucky.; and her granddaughters, Alexandra Clark and Catherine Clark. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be given to Hazard-Perry County Community Hospice.
