Richard leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Richard’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Richard will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bedford Langford and Gladys Langford; and his daughter Dabney Lea Langford. He is survived by: his son Thaxton Langford (Maria Lazzaro); and his sister Christy Langford. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel (2276 Airport Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32504). A memorial service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Bayview Memorial Chapel.
