It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita A. Riffel of Pensacola, Florida, who passed away on March 27, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rita A. Riffel to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Jenkins and Maria Jenkins; her husband Edwin Riffel; and her siblings, Thomas Jenkins and Carmen Nichols (Forrest Sibley).

She is survived by : her children, Lori Lanier (Ron), Kurt Schnupp (Mizuho), Suzi Fernandez, Eric Schnupp and Amy Hartjen (Brandon); and her sister Dolores Jenkins. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
