He was predeceased by: his father Henry O. Bailey; his stepfather W. G.; his siblings, Owen H. "Pedee" Bailey, Hayward G. Bailey, William E. Stacey and Dorthy Mae Cedotal; his wife Loleeta C. Bailey Smith; and his children, Robert "Robby" Bailey and Tina M Bailey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Loretta Bailey and Anita Bailey; and his grandchildren, Joshua Griener (Ryan), Cristie Crider (Casey), Christopher McConaghy and Henry Bailey (Autumn). He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
