He was predeceased by: his father Robert "Bob" Werley Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Dolly Dean Smythe (S. Territory); his sister Penny; his children, Alyssa Werley, Skyler Werley and Xackary Werley; and his grandchildren, Nissa Terrazas, Izaiah Navarro and Addison Werley-Renfro.
