With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Duran James (Pensacola, Florida), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 19, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles James and Grace James. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his son Patrick; and his brothers, Charles (Diana), Donald (Dorie) and Michael. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
