He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Joann Jeffries Lansdon; his parents, Lee Lansdon and Louise Thompson Lansdon; and his children, Joyann Lansdon Blevins and Sammie Lee Lansdon.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert L. Lansdon (Eva) and Clarence W. Lansdon; and his siblings, Gladis Whickham, Mary Craige, Pat Wells and Jimmy Lansdon. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
