He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Henry Cecil, Sr. and Elizabeth Morton Cecil; and his former wife Pamela Murdaugh. He is survived by: his son Tyler; his daughter-in-law Nicole Cecil; his granddaughter Oliva Cecil; his sisters, Debbie Phipps Ellis and Cindy George; and his nieces and nephews, Cameron, Brandon and Ryan Myers. He is also survived by other family members, friends, and coworkers.
