He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Lynn (Goode) and Willie Wesley Sparks; his siblings, Dwight Alan Sparks and Iris Ann Haskew (Stan); and his son Charles Wesley Sparks.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean Sparks; his brother Jack Wesley Sparks Sr. (Cheri); his children, Vince Sparks (Kimberly) and Tammie Olivet (Mark); his nephews, Ronnie and Richard Busbee; and his granddaughter Haley. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Barrancas National Cemetery (1 Cemetery Rd, Pensacola, FL 32508).
In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial contributions be made to the United Service Organization (USO) (http://www.uso.org). Consider a donation, as requested by the family.
