With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sarah Fonda Files of Pensacola, Florida, born in Mobile, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 17, 2025 at the age of 70. As Sarah departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Sarah. Though Sarah may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Dees and Elena Dees; her brother Ray Adams (Larry Dees); and her son Robert Files. She is survived by: her daughters, Kelli Gither (Hughie) and Brandi Parker (Gary "Bubba"); her grandchildren, Zachary (Taylor), Chandler, Adan and Kaylee; and her great grandchild Hayes Gither. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
