She was predeceased by: her husband Arvin R. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Smith-Vick (Steve) and Matthew Smith; her grandchildren, Cady Gifford (Trey), Tyler Parliman and Matthew Smith, II; and her siblings, Arthur Grimes and Donna Lowe.
