He is survived by: his wife Floresita Kodak; his son Leroy Kodak (Kelly); his granddaughter Rhonda Kodak; his daughter Aprel Ezzell (Billy); his grandson Maddox Ezzell; and his brothers, Kenneth Kodak (Michelle) and Daniel Kodak (Toni). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
