He is survived by: his mother Carol Tate of Lambertville, Michigan; his wife Cindy Tate; his children, Julianna, McKinley and Thaddeus; his sister Ann Marie Rill (Larry); his niece Lyla of Florence, Kentucky; his father-in-law Kenneth Gyovai of Fredericksburg, Virginia; his sister-in-law Vanessa Michels (Joel); his nephews, Leo and Toby of Portland, Oregon; and his brother-in-law Kenny Gyovai.
