He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Ingram and Walter Ingram; his daughter Teresa Hall; his brother Bobby Ingram; and his cousin Richard Ramsay.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his children, Robin Cox, Grant Cox (Tracey Cox), Leslie Vandevender and Daniele McDonald; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Jennifer and Robert Hall. He is also survived by his family, for his friends.
