With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wayne E Cartwright of Pensacola, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 19, 2026 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, L. Z. Cartwright and Lorene Cartwright; and his siblings, Karen Hillburn, Bessie Brown and James Cartwright.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Cartwright; his daughters, Kim Sharp (Michael) and Traci Henson; his sister Regina Brand; and his grandchildren, Alexis Fisher (Jae), Hannah Moore (Joseph), Michaela Sharp and Lily Kate Sharp. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
