He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alex and Ettie Solomon Drew; his wife Mildred Hadley Drew; his son Keith Drew; and his siblings, Onas Drew, Estelle Dean, Jessie Criswell, Essie Josey and Dorothy Barber.
He is survived by: his children, Barry Kirk Drew (Kymberley) and Tonia Anderson (Rex); his grandson Barry Kirk Drew Jr. (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Easton and Havanah Drew; and his sister Voncile Branch.
As a dedicated Mason and dual member of Carney Masonic Lodge in Atmore and Ensley Masonic Lodge in Pensacola, he exemplified the values of brotherhood and charity.
