He is survived by: his wife Gloria Faye Blum; his children, William Albert Blum, Jr. (Opal), James Earl Blum and Pamella Jean Blum (Jennifer); and his sister Carolyn Small (Bill). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
