He is survived by: his children, Chris Houston (Janie), Ramona Mills and Michelle McGahan (Mike); his daughter-in-law Mille Saiz; his sisters, Patsy Cole and Sandra Wiggins; and his grandchildren, Ashley Waltz (Mike), Brianna Eck (Jonathan), Josh Mills, Zachary Mills (Cam), Brittany Houston, Chrissa Houston, Clayton McGahan, Jessica Saiz, Jody Saiz and Daniel Saiz.
In Lieu of flowers, Donate to your favorite charity – a few of Bill's causes were American Diabetes Association and St Jude's Children's Hospital.
