He was predeceased by: his parents, Leopold Kulbacki and Agnes Kulbacki (Rumak); his former wife Alice Nina Griffen Kulbacki; his daughters, Carol Agnes Kulbacki and Nancy Alice Kulbacki Gordon; and his siblings, Doris, Lydia, Fred, Etta, Evelyn, Michael, Catherine and Thalia.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Daigle Kulbacki; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Daigle and Julie Duncan; his grandsons, Trevor and Blake; his sons, Peter Kulbacki (Babben), Jesse Kulbacki and Thomas Kulbacki; his grandchildren, Amanda Dunbar (Eddy), Alec Kulbacki, Brittany Kulbacki Hall, Todd Gordon (Gabby), Spencer Kulbacki (Cheryl), Braeden and Tryder Kulbacki; and his great grandchildren, Chase Kulbacki Hall and Baby Elisha Dunbar. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
