He is survived by: his close friend Shirley Farmer of Perry, FL; his brother Bobby Dice (Heather) of Perry, FL; his sons, Billy Dice, Jr. (Sherrie) of Perry, FL and Timothy Dice (Sheri) of Tallahassee, FL; and his stepchildren, Elizabeth Moffat of Perry, FL, Misty Leggett (David) of Perry, FL and Richey Harcrow of Crosby, TX.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
