He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clarence Howard and Vera Wilkinson Howard; his brother James L. Howard; and his son Andrew J. Howard. He is survived by: his siblings, Christine Walker (James), Betty Howard Roberts, Teresa Thomas, Judy Cruce, Jan Scott and Jack A. Howard; his stepson Jason Haskin (Melissa); his granddaughters, Jade and Riley Howard; Jamie Faranda. He is also survived by step grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
