She is survived by: her children, Ben Sparks III, Bryan Neal Simmons (Andrea) and Tonja Sparks; and her grandchildren, Tia Sparks Quails (Richard), Christopher Benjamin Sparks (Trenesha), Antonio Rashan Sparks (Ashley), Eric D'Amato Sparks (Taylor) and Jasmine Tinese Pearce (S. Maxwell). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
