He was predeceased by: his mother Martha A Walters Deal; his son Charles Richard Deal, Jr.; his close friend Rhonda Eastman; his father Morris N. Deal; and his siblings, Ann Deal, Juanita Deal Cassidy, Lynnette Deal Ratliff and Joseph Lamar Deal.
He is survived by: his brother Jim Deal (Myong); his daughter Marti Lee (Buddy); his grandchildren, Bryer, Haleigh, Sydnee and Mace; and his sister-in-law Connie Gibson. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
