He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Reynolds Shoaff and Hallie Christina Sholler Shoaff; his son Stevie; and his brother Don. He is survived by: his wife Charlsie Shoaff; his son Randy (Susan Shoaff); and his sisters, Peggy and Nancy. He is also survived by 3 grandsons, and one granddaughter, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
