He was predeceased by: his father James Henry Weatherly; his wife Sandra P Weatherly; his mother Catherine Suber Weatherly (Suber); his son Dannie Ray Weathely Jr.; and his siblings, Jimmy Weatherly (Gail) and Catherine Rose Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Ray W. Weatherly, Jody DeVane, Scott DeVane (Linnie), Danniel Weatherly, Melinda Gill (Jon) and Stacie Coxwell (Joe); and his siblings, George (Dub), T. C. Weatherly, Bo Weatherly (Patsey), Jamie Weatherly (Amanda) and Carolyn Foskey (Doc). He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Joe P. Burns Funeral Home- Perry (1400 N Johnson Stripling Rd, Perry, FL 32347). A graveside service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (910 N Center St, Perry, FL 32347).
