She was predeceased by: her mother Ruby V. Tomlinson; her former husband Cleveland Spradley Sr.; her husband Wiley Brannen; her father John H. Tomlinson; and her siblings, Evelyn Jones and Sammy Wayne Tomlinson.
She is survived by: her children, Terrie Churchill (Rick), Tammy Knight (Scott), Cleveland Spradley Jr. (Casey), Sharon Shasteen (Daniel) and Jason Spradley (Erinn); and her siblings, John Enoch, Eddie, Loretta, Margaret and Norma Jean. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
