She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward William Skinner and Elouise Fernandes Skinner. She is survived by: her husband Jesus M Beltran; her children, Jerry Joe Barajas (Amanda), Ayla Beltran (Rodey) and Sheena Beltran; her grandchildren, Calian, Alex and Erika; and her sisters, Lavern, Sandra, Marcia and Connie Skinner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
