He is survived by: his spouse Rutha; his children, Frank Brown III and Tarsha Brown; his grandchildren, Jeremy and Jada Okocha; his brother Eddie Brown (Edwina Brown); his sisters-in-law, Gloria Brown and Mary Brown; and his extended family, Percy, Diane, Eddie, Lisa and Janasee. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
