He is survived by: his children, Frankie Waddell II and Cindy James (Geary) of Conway, SC; his granddaughter Emilie Mckenna James; and his siblings, Joann Parsons, Lisa Mcvey, Bobby Waddell (Sharon) and Jim Elder.
