He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Eugene Cowper Sr. and Barbara Ann Cowper; and his siblings, Michael Cowper and Teresa Webster. He is survived by: his wife Debra Cowper; his children, Apryl Cowper, Ashlie Weatherly (Josh) and Chip Cowper (Taylor); his grandchildren, Autumn, Ada of Arielle, JJ, Lizzie and Junie; and his sister Kathy Genaw (Joel). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
