Though Harry may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George T. Brooks and Esther Cunningham Brooks of Tazewell. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Miller Brooks; his sons, Harry, Jr., Tony (Carol), Marvin (Rhonda) and Tim (Kathleen); and his brother Garrett Brooks (Heather). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 23rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Joe P. Burns Chapel (1400 N Johnson Stripling Rd, Perry, FL 32347). A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Pisgah Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Mr. Harry Brooks name at big bend hospice at the Taylor County Chapter.
