He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Evans (Chad); his granddaughters, Sierra, Mariah and Hannah; his great grandchildren, Aleric and Adalia; and his sisters, Carolyn Shives (David), Peggy Johnson, Gloria Mahaffey and Grace Warner.
