He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Parker; his stepfather Bill Parker; his brother Ronnie Dycus; and his father Homer Allen Sr. Homer. He is survived by: his sisters, Janice Mills and Stella Murphy; his children, Brittany Freeman and Will Allen; his grandchildren, John, Greyson, Oakley, Kaileigh and Brianna Allen; his great grandchild Corleigh Faith; his sister Barbara Knowles; and his nephew Shane (Diane). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
